Internships provide an opportunity for students to get their “foot in the door” as they prepare for entering the professional world; learn valuable workplace skills for future jobs, and allow for exchange of knowledge and experience between employers and other interns

• Hawaii Youth Conservation Corps - YCC is a hands-on summer learning experience aimed at educating Hawaii’s youth on the many conservation issues that threaten Hawaii’s unique environment.
• Student Internship Positions for college students in the agriculture and natural resource management fields are available on Oahu, Kauai and Maui for the 2010 summer. Transportation and housing may be provided for some positions and students. Some positions will also include travel to the mainland during the summer.
